Madison National Life operates through distinct operating divisions, each of which provides a wide array of insurance products and services targeted to different customers and distribution channels.

The Group Insurance Division markets a comprehensive range of employer-sponsored benefit programs (group term life and disability income products) that improve the financial security, peace of mind and well-being of employees and their dependents

The Military, Federal and Postal Division markets a specialized life product (with annuity and accumulation fund riders) to military personnel, federal and postal employees primarily through a general agency system and independent agent distribution channel.

The Employer Stop-Loss Division markets and provides coverages and services to self-insured groups through its network of Managing General Underwriters (MGU's).

The Acquisition Division actively seeks and acquires insurance blocks from other insurance companies and state insurance guaranty associations.

The Individual Life and Annuity Division administers block of insurance policies acquired through block transfers.

The Corporate Services division supports the other business divisions through its Accounting, Actuarial, Human Resources and Information Technology departments.
