When it comes to paying your bill Madison National Life strives to make it as convenient on our customers as possible. You can use one of the following payment methods to pay your bill and always stay on top of premium payments.
Automatic Bank Withdrawal
Save time, trouble and money by having your premium payments automatically deducted from your checking or saving account. No records to keep, no checks to write and no stamps to buy. It's easy and convenient!
You may enroll in automatic bank withdrawal by following one of the options below:

- Call our Customer Service departments at 1-877-455-4300 Monday-Thursday 7am to 4:30pm, Friday 7am to Noon (CST) or use or secure Online Service Center; or
- Download our Automatic Bank Draft Form. Print, complete and send it to use with a voided check for proper encoding.
To change your account, simply print and complete a new Automatic Bank Draft Form and either mail or fax it to us with a new voided check for proper encoding.
Direct Mail (by U.S. Mail)
If you have selected to pay your premiums through a direct billing, you may expect to receive a Premium Due notice 21 days prior to the premium notice, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-455-4300 or use our secured Online Service Center.
