The pages on this site are designed to load quickly. If the site is responding slowly, it could be for a number of reasons:

• At certain time of the day Internet traffic increases, resulting in slower performance for all users. This can affect the speed at which you are able to navigate the Internet.
• Your modem connection is less than 56k. A slower modem connection will affect overall Internet speed.
• Some files take longer to load. If there are a lot of graphics on a page or if the page utilizes a database, this can affect speed.

In order to view Java applets through your web browser, you need to have the Java VM plug-in installed. With the release of Internet Explorer 6, Microsoft no longer includes the Java VM plug-in as part of the typical installation.
