Vacation, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays

Vacation

  • 1 to 4 years of consecutive employment—10 days per year
  • 5 to 14 years of consecutive employment—15 days per year
  • 15 years or more of consecutive employment—20 days per year

Sick Leave

  • 10 days per calendar year, 3 of which can be used to tend to personal business
  • After 3 years of consecutive employment, additional 3 weeks of sick leave at half-pay for serious illness or injury.
  • After 5 years of consecutive employment, additional 3 weeks of sick leave at full pay for serious illness or injury.

Paid Holidays

  • New Years Day (January 1st)
  • President's Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Good Friday (Date varies)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
  • Thanksgiving Friday (Friday after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Eve Day (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
  • One Floating Holiday (Employees’ Choice)
