| What has made Madison National Life the right place for me to work is the employees. I enjoy my department tremendously. The employees work together as a team and are willing to work around each other when someone is out on vacation, sick etc. MNL as a company has been very good to me personally. I started out as an on-call employee, then part-time and now full-time. The company was always willing to work around my schedule. I also like the small company atmosphere. Even tho we are growing (and don't have enough parking!) it's not like a corporate company. We have casual dress, and free popcorn, sno-cones etc. to make things interesting. As a whole I feel the company has great employees, benefits and is a great place to work.
