Stubbe has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, including working as an employee benefits actuary with specialty in life, health, disability income, retirement and executive benefits. He was also a Vice President at CUNA Mutual Group.
Stubbe is a graduate of University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, and resides in Madison, Wisconsin.
